Yes, our jewelry is hypoallergenic, meaning it is free of materials that commonly cause allergic reactions. We understand that skin sensitivity is a concern for many customers, so we make sure our jewelry is made with high-quality materials that are safe for all skin types.

What is the expected shipping time for orders?

We strive to get your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Typically, shipping takes 2-3 business days within the contiguous United States. However, shipping times may vary for international orders.

Is shipping really FREE?

Yes. Standard shipping is completely free.

Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

How long is the return process, and when will I receive my refund?

Processing returns may take up to 3 business days from the day we receive your return. You should receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. 

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. 

Will I receive order tracking details?

Yes, we provide order tracking details for all orders. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to keep an eye on the status and location of your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. During the checkout process, you can enter your shipping address to determine whether we ship to your location.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order within 7-15 days, depending on your location and other conditions. While we strive to meet these delivery times, certain conditions like customs processing or unforeseen delays may result in longer delivery times. Rest assured, we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

How quickly can you answer my question?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

I received a damaged item, what do I do?

If any of your purchased items are missing or damaged please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. To get a hold of us to assist you please either use the Contact Us tab or email us at support@basketbella.com

I need to change my shipping address or cancel something on my order. How can I do that?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order within 12 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
